WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY BUSINESS ADVISORY SESSION?

In a typical advisory session, we would work on strategic problem solving and decision making, and building up business foundations when needed. We would walk through your challenges, I provide context, we consider your goals, and make a plan of action to get you moving forward. We meet virtually, choose to have your calls recorded so you can go back and listen later. After your session, I’ll email you a recap of what we went over, the main strategy points we discussed, and what your next steps should be.

DO YOU OFFER PACKAGES?

Every business and owner are different. It’s been my experience that what works for one, doesn’t work for the other. Let’s talk about what your goals are, and I’ll tell you what’s realistic within your budget and timeline. If you need a phone call each week plus lots of back and forth support for 6 weeks to get you up and running, we’ll make it happen. If you’re looking for biweekly calls and little to no support in between, this works too. Maybe you have a hard deadline or are looking for something more flexible. I’m not going to put you in a box–whatever your business needs, we make it happen.

Bringing life into Canadian small business

Starting my business was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I quit my demoralizing corporate job on Bay St. in 2017 and started my first business, a virtual admin company. That turned into consulting and eventually led me to take on an executive VP role at an 8-figure company in the natural resource space (assets, manufacturing, distribution). These days I’m working on my latest venture, as co-founder of an impact-driven startup. I love entrepreneurship and the opportunities it has opened up for me.
