HOW IT WORKS

First, contact me via the form below and I will reply with an application form and a calendar link to book an introductory Q/A call.

If we decide the program is a good fit, I’ll send over your legal agreement and invoice. From there, we book a planning call where we will outline your goals and what you would like to accomplish during your six weeks. After we make our outline, I’ll send over any resources or materials I think could benefit you to review or work on before we start.

Next, it’s GO TIME as we work together to bring your business to life! We’ll book 6 weekly one-on-one strategy calls. Get ready to do a deep dive into your business, as we walk through all your challenges, I provide context, we consider your goals, and make a plan of action to get you moving forward with confidence and ease. After each call, you’ll know exactly what your next steps should be, as you cross off your to-do list, GET IT DONE and MAKE IT HAPPEN. We’ll stay connected throughout the week via text. Calls can be recorded so you can always go back and listen later.

WHO IS THIS ACCELERATOR FOR?

This small business accelerator is ideal for service-based businesses that operate mostly online. Both new business owners and owners who want to elevate their existing company are welcome to apply. If you have been struggling to get clients and generate revenue, this accelerator is for you. Product-based businesses are also welcome; I have a background in CPG.

 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM WORKING WITH YOU?

I’m not a coach and I won’t try to guide answers out of you. I’m a true consultant at heart, I will tell you exactly what I think you should do and why. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader–but I don’t play! We focus on achieving successful outcomes and I expect results. What you get out of the accelerator will depend on how much work you put in.

Bringing life into Canadian small business

Starting my business was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I quit my demoralizing corporate job on Bay St. in 2017 and started my first business, a virtual admin company. That turned into my consultancy and eventually led me to take on an executive VP role at an 8-figure company in the natural resource space (assets, manufacturing, distribution).
